Ab sofort ist das WLAN-Netz &#8220;<strong>Aurich-Wireless<\/strong>&#8220;, welches sich zur Zeit noch in einer Testphase befindet, bereits auf dem Marktplatz erreichbar. <strong>In K\u00fcrze werden die Bereiche Georgswall, Rathaus und die Fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngerzone folgen.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nNach Abschluss der Testphase, wird der Passwortschutz des Netzwerks aufgehoben. Somit kann jederzeit, unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Nutzungsbedingungen, <strong>in Aurich kostenlos gesurft werden<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>OMG.de GmbH wurde zur Umsetzung dieses zukunftsweisenden Projektes ins Boot geholt. Als regionaler Internet-Service-Provider und Anbieter von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omg.de\" target=\"_blank\">Richtfunk- und Netzwerkhardware<\/a> der Hersteller Ubiquiti und Mikrotik, ist es mehr als naheliegend dieses Projekt technisch und finanziell zu unterst\u00fctzen. Somit sponsort <strong>OMG.de GmbH<\/strong> sowohl die Hardware, als auch die Konzeption und Einrichtung des WLAN-Netzes.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Aufbau des Netzwerkes werden das UniFi-System von Ubiquiti und Router von MikroTik verwendet.<br \/>\nEin gro\u00dfer Benefit f\u00fcr das Projekt ist die Tatsache, dass OMG bereits seit \u00fcber 10 Jahren ein gro\u00dfes Wireless-Netzwerk zur Anbindung von Firmenkunden im Raum Aurich und Umgebung betreibt und dieses f\u00fcr die Versorgung der HotSpots einsetzen kann.<br \/>\nAls <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.omg.de\/ubiquiti-unifi-ap-outdoor\/a-13334\/\" target=\"_blank\">Access Points<\/a> werden <strong>Ubiquiti UniFi AP Outdoor+<\/strong> mit Sektorantennen eingesetzt. Im Backbone des Netzwerks \u00fcbertragen leistungsstarke <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.omg.de\/ubiquiti-networks\/airfiber\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ubiquiti AirFiber-5<\/a> die Daten mit einer Geschwindigkeit von rund 800 Mbit\/s Traffic an das Rechenzentrum der OMG.de GmbH.<br \/>\nVon dort aus wird der Traffic \u00fcber Glasfasern in das Internet weitergeleitet.<br \/>\nAm Standort Aurich betreibt OMG das regional einzige autonome System (AS-50621), was dazu f\u00fchrt, dass extrem schnelle Antwortzeiten die hohe Qualit\u00e4t der Netzanbindung gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nach Abschluss der Planungsphase startet in Aurich der Aufbau eines frei zug\u00e4nglichen WLAN-Netzes in der Innenstadt.
